Welcome, Daily Dot Readers.

(also, exciting new puzzle news!)

Hi There! Thank you for your interest in our puzzles, we're truly blown away by the all the love!

We didn't want to let the cat out of the bag this early, but we thought you might want to know that in addition to the 100, 1000, and 5000 piece puzzles, we have TWO new puzzle designs currently in production.

First cab off the rank is the Second Edition of our infamous 5000 Colours. The current 5000 edition with the random die is being superceded by this new edition which will be a different size and a features a new ribbon dieline. There are only a small number of the current editions left so if you are interested in grabbing the current model, be sure to order now! Once sold out, we will open up pre-orders for the second edition which will ship in 6-8 weeks.

Following this, will be our fifth, and most ambitious colour puzzle to date. In development for nearly twelve months, this new puzzle will surely offer both a healthy challenge to seasoned and amateur puzzle fans alike, and will hopefully blow your mind.

Our puzzles are produced in purposefully small editions, so to be the first to know when these new models are released, be sure to sign up for our mailing list. We only send an email two to three times per year, always short and in plain text.

Also, we are actively seeking new wholesale stockists, especially for art museums and galleries.

Clemens Habicht's  5000 COLOURS is a CMYK colour gamut jigsaw puzzle of 5000 pieces. Each tile is an individual colour and the task is to place each colour exactly in relation to every other colour.

"This one is for all those who wrote and said that 1000 COLOURS wasn't a challenge. Multiplying the number of pieces by a magnitude of five makes the difference in hue between neighbouring tiles barely perceptible. "

With adjacent tiles almost identical in colour this puzzle is designed with an original random ribbon pattern so that each piece is a distinctly different shape and can fit clearly in only one way.

Co-produced with Lamington Drive Editions, 1000 COLOURS follows on from solo exhibitions at Lamington Drive; 100 KITES and 100 FACES.

Assembled Dimensions : 1 x 1.3m

1000 Colours – The original.

Clemens Habicht's  1000 COLOURS is a CMYK colour gamut jigsaw puzzle of 1000 pieces. Each tile is an individual colour and the task is to place each colour exactly in relation to every other colour.

"The idea came from enjoying the subtle differences in the blue of a sky in a particularly brutal jigsaw puzzle, I found that without the presence of image detail to help locate a piece I was relying only on an intuitive sense of colour, and this was much more satisfying to do than the areas with image details.

What is strange is that unlike ordinary puzzles where you are in effect redrawing a specific picture from a reference you have a sense of where every piece belongs compared to every other piece. There is a real logic in the doing that is weirdly soothing, therapeutic, it must be the German coming out in me. As each piece clicks perfectly into place, just so, it's a little win, like a little pat on the back."

Co-produced with Lamington Drive Editions, 1000 COLOURS follows on from solo exhibitions at Lamington Drive; 100 KITES and 100 FACES.

Assembled Dimensions : 50 x 70cm

100 Colours - For people with smaller hands.

Clemens Habicht's  100 COLOURS is a CMYK jigsaw puzzle of 100 pieces, each tile is an individual colour and the task is to place each colour exactly in relation to every other colour.

Following on in spirit and scale from 1000 COLOURS, fewer pieces means larger tiles for smaller hands. With larger jumps between neighbouring colour values 100 COLOURS is less daunting but similarly challenging as its older brother and suitable for all ages from 3 up.

"Watching friends with families playing with 1000 COLOURS it surprised me that often the youngest children were better at intuitively knowing colour sequences and relationships than their parents, but to them the 1000 pieces felt as impossible as a 1000 page book, hence this gentler version."

Co-produced with Lamington Drive Editions, 100 COLOURS follows on from solo exhibitions at Lamington Drive; 100 KITES and 100 FACESSpecial thanks to our actors Jean and Lenz.

Assembled Dimensions: 43.1 cm square
